Privacy Policy

ProspectPro LLC ("ProspectPro," "we") collects the information you submit on this site - name, work email, phone, company, and campaign details - solely to schedule strategy calls and operate your call center if we work together.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share appointment data between clients. Call recordings and CRM records for a campaign are visible to that client and to ProspectPro operations staff only.

Outbound calling is performed under TCPA and Do-Not-Call rules. Homeowner data used for dialing is sourced and scrubbed before it reaches a campaign.

SMS / Text Messaging

Program: ProspectPro LLC sends lead-alert text messages to its closers and partners (the sales closers who buy live transfers or leads from ProspectPro) when a live call or lead is sent to them. Alerts may include the lead's name, phone number, city or address, and inquiry type. ProspectPro does not text consumers or the public.

How you opt in: only by checking the optional SMS box at checkout or on our SMS consent page. The box is separate and unchecked by default. Consent is not required to buy or receive leads; leads are always sent by email. Agreeing to these policies is not consent to receive texts. We keep a record of each opt-in with its date, time, and IP address.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt-out and help: reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. Reply HELP for help, or email partnerships@prospectpro.cc.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
