Terms of Service

Booking a strategy call does not create a service contract. Buying on this site does. The agreement you sign at checkout, plus these terms, is the contract. If a signed agreement is more specific about that purchase, the signed agreement controls that purchase.

Results depend on territory, offer, closer capacity, and seasonality. Nothing on this site is a guarantee of future appointments, show rates, transfers, or revenue.

Billing, cancellation, and refunds

Prices are in U.S. dollars. The price you see before you sign is the price you pay. The only added fee is $8 on a Cash App payment, to cover card fees. That $8 is not refunded. We do not store card numbers on this website. If a card charge is ever used, it will show on the statement as ProspectPro or ProspectPro LLC.

Nothing renews by itself. A week-to-week place and a month-to-month dialer continue only if you pay the next period. A 5-week, 6-month, or 12-month prepay is one payment for that term. It does not auto-renew. If the next period is not paid, access or the dialer pauses. Cancel any time by email to partnerships@prospectpro.cc or by text to 541-965-5870. We confirm by reply. Cancellation stops the next unpaid period.

Life insurance, final expense, and mortgage protection access starts when payment has cleared and the agreement is signed. There is no physical shipment. An access fee for a period that has started is not refunded in cash. If we miss the monthly transfer minimum in that agreement, the remedy is free days of access added at the end of the paid period, as the agreement states. We do not pay an earnings amount in place of that. The founding member offer is $1,000, $1,275, or $1,450 for 5 weeks, and only through 10:30 AM on Sunday, October 11, 2026, Arizona time. The $1,450 plan adds a dialer login, training on how to use it, 800 to 1,000 aged mortgage protection leads, and the ability to upload your own lists. Cash App has no added fee. A founding fee for a period that has started is not refunded in cash. Founding members are guaranteed 26 connected transfers in the 5 weeks. If that count is missed, the remedy is more transfers at no added fee until 26 are delivered. ProspectPro keeps dialing past that floor toward an average under $40 a transfer. The Spanish team may buy that same 5-week deal for $500, or for $850 with the dialer, training, the aged leads, and list upload, through 10:30 AM on Sunday, October 11, 2026, Arizona time. There are 7 Spanish-team spots and 15 founding spots. A spot is taken when the agreement is signed. Priority on those plans is included, not a paid upgrade. Zelle and Cash App are the same price on every founding and Spanish-team plan. There is no Zelle discount. The 20% of annual premium does not apply during the 5 founding weeks. One further week without the 20% applies only if the client then buys another 5-week plan.

Fiber internet is $800 a month, paid before the month starts. The sale is split 70/30. The client keeps 70%. ProspectPro takes 30% of the amount the customer pays for the fiber service. Water softener and filtration appointments are $1,500 a month, paid the same way. On those, ProspectPro takes 45% of what the sales rep would make, not 45% of the system price. VoIP balance is $150 at a time for clients on a free dialer. That $150 buys 17,241 billed minutes at $0.0087 per minute and does not renew. If none of those minutes have been used, the $150 can be refunded. After any of them are used, the remainder stays on the account and is not refunded in cash. A month or quarter that has started is not refunded in cash. If we have not started calling within 10 business days after payment has cleared and the agreement is signed, you may cancel and we refund that fee. The share is not part of the fee and is not refunded once it has been earned.

Solar and roofing staffing starts within 10 business days after payment has cleared and the agreement is signed. If we have not started within those 10 business days, you may cancel and we refund the staffing fee. After staffing has started, the staffing fee is not refunded. A month-to-month dialer is $525 after a free first month. Cancel before the next month is due. A month already paid is not refunded.

A prepaid dialer is refunded for unused full months at the rate you paid. Six months is $2,575. Leaving at the end of month 2 returns $1,717. Twelve months is $4,150. Leaving at the end of month 3 returns $3,113. Any other early exit returns the same monthly rate for each full month still unused. The month already in progress is not refunded. When the staffing fee was waived because you prepaid the dialer, there is no staffing fee to return.

You pay agents $5 an hour, plus the commission you set, and you pay a dedicated manager $200 a week if you added one. Those payments go to those people, not to ProspectPro, so we cannot refund them.

An approved refund is sent within 10 business days, back the way you paid when that method allows it. Email partnerships@prospectpro.cc before you dispute a charge with your bank. We will answer first.

SMS / Text Messaging

Program: ProspectPro LLC sends lead-alert text messages to its closers and partners (the sales closers who buy live transfers or leads from ProspectPro) when a live call or lead is sent to them. Alerts may include the lead's name, phone number, city or address, and inquiry type. ProspectPro does not text consumers or the public.

How you opt in: only by checking the optional SMS box at checkout or on our SMS consent page. The box is separate and unchecked by default. Consent is not required to buy or receive leads; leads are always sent by email. Agreeing to these policies is not consent to receive texts. We keep a record of each opt-in with its date, time, and IP address.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
