Refund & Cancellation Policy

Delivered by email within 72-78 hours after payment. Sold as-is, no guarantee of contact or sales.

If there aren't enough leads in your states and age range, we contact you to fill the difference with another state or age range you choose; delivery of that part may extend while we confirm. Nothing is substituted without your OK.

Only disconnected phone numbers and duplicate leads within the same order qualify. Report them within 7 days of delivery; we verify each claim (we test the numbers and confirm the duplicates) and our determination is final. Each verified lead is replaced with one new lead. Replacement leads only, no cash refunds. Wrong person, no answer, not interested and DNC numbers do not qualify. Undelivered orders can be cancelled for a refund of the undelivered part. $399 per seat per week x N seats. First week paid upfront at checkout; setup starts as soon as payment clears and the dialer goes live the same day, when week 1 starts ($399 per seat, with $49 off each seat with code FOUNDER for the first 35 orders until Thu Oct 22 2026 9:00 AM AZ; first week only). Then $399 per seat every 7 days at 10:30 AM AZ, starting 7 days after go-live, until cancelled.

Cancel anytime from Manage subscription or by emailing partnerships@prospectpro.cc. Cancel before your first renewal date to avoid it. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period (your first week, or the current 7 days). No refunds for partial periods. Full terms: /terms/dialer.

4 weeks of access, $1,000 one time, paid by Apple Cash. Does not renew by itself. No 20% share. No refunds once access has started.

Minimum 26 guaranteed transfers in the 4 weeks of access. A shortfall is made up with additional transfers the next period, never cash. Full terms: /terms/live-transfers.
